Default Winter driving in Portland and chips

Does anyone use their C6 as year-round transportation and if so how much damage have you suffered from rock-chips?

I have an all black C6 and am considering the clear bra stuff.

Thoughts?

My C6 is a DD and yes, GET A CLEAR BRA installed (I highly recommend Clear Bra of Oregon in Hillsboro). Not just for winter but trust me, you'll want it year 'round. It's not cheap to have it done CORRECTLY but it is worth every penny.

And if you have a widebody, get the rear quarters done as well.
