I'm currently looking to trade my GTO for a C5Z and ran across a 2003 on the lot at Appleway Chev in Spokane with under 9k miles on it. Problem is I'm 5+ hour drive away and just can't break away right now. Carfax looks clean (although it is a multiple owner car) and it looks beautiful and in stock condition in the few pics on their website, FWIW.

Thought I would take a chance and see if there might be someone on here in the Spokane area that knows C5s and would have time in the next week or so to swing by there and look it over for any obvious problems.

Not to distract the thread, but that dealer website has the most awesome advertising for a C6 Grandsport in Night Race blue. The pics are like nothing I have seen from a dealer. They are usually taken on a car carrier or in a room. Stunning pics.

Just wanted to thank you again for the link, Mufflerbearing.

I got in contact with George at the Spokane Corvette Club and, even though he didn't know me from Adam, he went out of his way to stop by and look over the car and give me a report, took some great pictures, and even a video of it running. If you're on this forum, thanks again for your efforts, George.

Needless to say, I'm making a trip to the Spokane this weekend...
