Intro from Hillsboro Oregon
Hi folks,
I've been lurking for a while, but recently brought home my first Corvette, a 2000 Coupe MN6, so thought it was time to introduce myself.
I am becoming all too familiar with the battery acid leak issue on these cars, but have learned a lot on this forum and am in the home stretch on the repairs. It's a good learning experience, at least that's what I keep telling myself.
Hope to meet some of you at an event sometime.

Welcome!!!
Check out mthoodcorvetttes.com the activities website has some of the activities coming up. Also, one of the club Sponsors is Modern Classics in Sherwood. Steve and group specialize in Corvettes and collector cars. That is where we take our cars (and most of the other members).
The club has members in Hillsboro all the way to WA . Looks us up!

Contrary to popular belief, Washington is not a foreign country, does not require a passport to enter, and most of the Indian uprisings have subsided. Hey! We're only 30 miles from Aurora.

Well, Puyallup "might be" quite a ways up there.
and HAPPY BIRTHDAY Doug!!

Welcome!
I too am in the Cedar Mill/Beaverton area. You won't see me till it dries out, not that I mind driving the car in the wet, just that its such a beater I can't justify fixing the weather stripping on the roof!

Welcome, and congrats on the new whip! We're out in the 'Boro as well, hoping to have our '76 back on the road come springtime (thanks to WA County DEQ, we need to get our new 383 build, headers, cats, and exhaust to cooperate with the sniffer to let us re-register). Enjoy the (expensive) hobby!

Turn 12!
There is also one at the Starbucks in Tigard off Sequoia Parkway. Every Saturday morning rain or shine.

Welcome!! I'm in Beaverton as well....Murray and Walker. If you see a stock Pewter coupe around, it's probably me. Drive it all year.
We've had some real well attended Forum cruises in the past. I'm an RCC member and do go to the meetings occasionally.
Register yourself in the map thing...it's a "sticky" here.

Burning Brakes
Welcome, and when you need to drive the car, weatherstripping is optional over here on the dry side of WA. I lived in Hillsboro '07-09 and Mac before that a couple years. Wife is from CB farther south, so c'mon up and visit sometime. It's only a 6-7 hour drive, unless you're stretching the legs of your Vette.
