Default Nice Day

Went down to Griots in Tacoma today to get some supplies. Saw this when I came out. Mines on the far right.

Was a Vette kinda day for sure.

Definitely. I took my wife to lunch at Anthony's Home Port Restaurant at Point Defiance and took a ride afterward through the 5-mile road in the park itself ending up at the Dalco Passage overlook. Fabulous day. I got lazy and didn't take any pics though...

WHAT, don't you guys have lawns to cut on Saturdays?

RR, what is the Anthony's like there? We like the Spokane site overlooking the Spokane River Falls but it's 4 hrs away each way from home.

Had to run a couple of errands today so I decided to give the blue '02 some time out of the garage so it could see the sun.

Got my yard work done today...

Anthony's at Point Defiance has one of the premier views of anywhere on Puget Sound. Looking southeast is a perfect view of Mt. Rainier....next is the Vashon Ferry...then looking east across the bay to NE. Tacoma, Redondo/Des Moines/Normandy Park....Vashon Island...and then looking north over to the Gig Harbor Peninsula, all in one panoramic sweep.

The service staff is very attentive and friendly and the food is really good too. There's also an outdoor deck for warm weather dining. It's one of our favorite places.

Nice photo. Reminds me a lot of Walter's driveway whenever he invites all the forum members to one of his parties.
