I think I have the LT4 presentable enough for E@RTC. Not bad for 97k miles and nearly 20yrs old.

Is this a closed event? We have a '79 and live in Edmonds. Just wondering if I'm elbowing in or if all are welcome? Sounds fun, haven't attended the RTC gathering yet.

As far as I know the RTC folks have been nothing but gracious and have welcomed all of us.

That said, first come first served and they do run outta room on major days.

I loved the clam shell hood on my '85. Very nice.....And I know how much work that is!

But if I recall correctly, it's a labor of love with you and your son.....priceless.

It's rare to see a really clean C4 Engine Bay, good job!

Sat should be partly cloudy and chilly...bring those jackets and hoodies!

Since we're here in the Northside as well, do you mind if we join up with the folks who are meeting at Bothell Costco? (7:30?)
Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Sounds good....over by the gas pumps. Probably should leave shortly thereafter. A couple route options....down Woodinville-Redmond Rd. (My preference) or to 522/405.

Looks like we won't know for sure until tomorrow morning.

They posted a bit ago on Facebook that's tomorrow is "on". The 202 Redmond-Woodinville Rd route goes right past our driveway. I'll try to catch the caravan cruising by & pull in line.

If it's raining I'll stay home; otherwise, I'll be there at about 7:45 and I'm bringing a warm jacket.

So, I'll look forward to not seeing you tomorrow. But, in case you rise early, I'll bring an extra chair. :

OK that would be good. I've never seen anyone bring a chair (or 2) to E@RTC. Is that because, unlike some of the shows elsewhere, people don't sit around their cars?

Why do people do that anyway? Are they trying to protect their cars? Are they hoping someone will ask them questions? Do they simply want to be recognized as being associated with their cars? What's up with that? I'd like to know since you usually bring an extra chair for me, which means I have to sit near you so what does that say to the spectators?

Just wondering...

Give me the date on the E@RTC again?

I am supposed to be fixing' up some boats you know? Got Scotch?
