Hey all. I was hoping to get a recommendation on someone to come to my Kent, WA rental house to fix a leak.

I'm asking here, because the last time I used the web ratings to find a 'highly rated' roofing company, the ******* didn't finish the job and started swearing at me over the phone when I told him that I wanted him to come back and finish or I wouldn't pay him. Certainly he didn't get paid, but it was a bad experience.

Any suggestions?

I'll find the paperwork on who we used for our house in Kent but they were highly recommended by our contractor, did good work and were very reasonably priced. I'll send you a PM shortly.

Try Legends Roofing.

They did the installation of all the roofs at the Apartment Complex where I live and work (Puyallup). Sometimes they don't have time for smaller jobs, but it's worth a shot.

We just had Valentine Roofing do ours, would recommend if they cover your area and do small repairs. Worth a look, well known.
