Anybody see that report on KING5 news tonight regarding the guy who took his beautiful yellow C3 to City Glass in Tacoma to have them replace the the rubber molding around the windows? The company had the car for 3 months and then messed up the installation around the t-top and put a dent in the front bumper.

At first the company brushed off his concern, but after the guy contacted the news station, all of a sudden the owner decided to make it right.

Too bad he didn't know about Dan at Corvettes of Auburn...

I would do the SAME thing! This type of stuff is how you get sued, the guy is lucky that it didn't have to come to that. It really sucks to deal with a **** body shop, and it's even worse when it's one you hand pick...don't ask me how I know

How do you dent FG? Can crack, break, etc, but not dent....
