Burning Brakes
I'd like to suggest Legal Shield as an addition to your detector. Their service is only $17/month and they will fight any traffic ticket you get. It's worked great for me in the past EXCEPT for when I was in Winatchee County. Those guys are super thorough.

Turn 12!
Get a Laser Jammer. Detectors will only tell you get hit by Lidar. Best to have Both; Radar Detector and Laser Jammer.
