Found a new tool for Dealer Reviews. Maybe some of you know about this, but thought I would pass it on for others. I'm sure it will vary some but at least gives you another source to rate dealer Service & Sales and you can compare dealers.

There's always the bad experience, every dealer has some but may give you and average to work from. And it's usually good to find a dealer you like and get to know them. Worked for me. Hope it helps someone.

Nice idea.. but fail is the lable I put on the web site

I tired to find reviews for Service not Dealer sales on a few dealers... you can input the required info but instead of listing service reviews you get the same sales reviews - it says there are 16 service reviews but when you try to open that and read the 16 reviews.. it goes to the same list of 259 Sales reviews you get when you want Dealer sales reviews.. .. web site is not much help.

You are correct. I found some service comments interspersed with the sales comments but it could be much improved by segregating the service from the sales.
