Erik, you are the organizer and trust me, I have done this before and had to finally pick a day. Not everyone will be able to make it but if you put a stake in the ground, most will be able to accommodate as long as we have two to three weeks. Oh, and weather...we need good weather!

Pretty much any day works for me.

Just letting you know that tomorrow, Friday March 31st we'll have a film crew on site to shoot a promotional video. You'll need to sign a release form to be on camera. Time of the shoot is 1:30-3:00pm. Hope to see a few of you here to help with background noise and crowd shots.

Okay, I can't tell what the date really is.... I did see a time of noon somewhere.
