SEM paint... what color is "mod red?"
I'm wanting to use the SEM interior spray paint to paint my knee boltser, glove box and door panels the same color as the "mod red" interior option. My car is torch red and cannot determine the best color to match.
Here's some info on their products.... thanks.

Take a piece of your original interior trim to a SEM dealer; they can match your color. You could also locate a retail outlet with a SEM display and match the color.

I guess I could do that... I was just going to buy the spray cans online and wondered if anyone had experience with this specific product. I currently have all black and will do a custom mod red style interior.

I have used SEM in quart size and shot the interior in my 68 and my 80; shoots like lacquer. I have not used the rattle can spray.
SEM is an excellent prooduct. It will cover leather, vinyl, hard and soft plastic, and metal. Once dry, it's durable.
Surface preparation is the key; anything to be dyed has to be super, squeaky clean.
