Brake fluid ate tru clear coat
I went to a body shop that quoted me $500 for the job is that to much? The paint isn't damage all it needs is some wet sanding.
I buffed out most of the white, all you can see are the spots that doesn't have clear coat

I think it needs more than wet-sanding.
The paint guy will probably have to sand down into the basecoat to make sure all the brake fluid is gone..seal, prime, and rebase/clear the fender.
I think 500 is a little steep- unless the painter is taking off the fender and doing the work, or is blending back in to other panels.
