Here are the repaired areas that were discussed earlier in the thread...

The front left corner:

The drivers side door gap:

Passenger side door gap:

The hood gap:

And the complete car. I haven't had a chance to get pics with full sun yet, seems every time I'm home, the car's clean and I don't have something to take apart (like the broken rocker arm a that took a few weeks to get sorted out) it's cloudy or raining. As soon as I get the chance, I'll post some pics of the car in the sun so you can see how the paint really looks!!

The car looks great. You should be proud of your accomplishments and hard work. What color did you choose and what kind of paint and clear did you use?

The color is BASF code MR 368.15. I'm not sure what clear they shot on it, I know they couldn't get the one they wanted. I can find out for you if you'd like though.

Thanks Rogman, looking back through the pics reminded me of how much work is in the car, but the result is worth it. Next, I'll get into the interior....

Plus, if I changed that corner of the fender, the line with the hood would be AFU. So, I think the gaps are going to have to stay like they area since I'm not going to break and reglue the fender at the firewall...
I know this is an old thread but I have a very similar problem with my left side door gap. With this being an old thread I would like to ask how has this repair held up to the test of time? Have you got any shrinkage or filler cracking or breaking off?
