Default fiber problem

I just shot urethene primer on my c3. A couple of locations had fibers coming through the primer. Should I cover with fiberglass resin & sand?
Thanks in advance.

Unless you have to adjust/fill the body, sand the primer and apply more coats. If, however, the fibers coming through due to contamination of the surface, you will need to strip off the primer and start over.

I agree...sand and apply more primer...and is also may just be lint that got on it that looks like fibers. They look the same when primer attaches to the fibers. And without photos...it is speculation.
