Default West Systems- Evercoat?

I am aware of cure times do to temp, humidity but in general shop conditions how much cure time would you experienced guys recommend between West Epoxy system repairs and Evercoat skim coat?

I will write this....I use the WEST SYSTEMS epoxy resin when I did carbon fiber repair at the drag strip when the funny car body needed repairs. And if it 'tagged' the wall or hit a timing cone....I could laminate it before leaving the track and come in the next morning and sand and finish out my work with Vette Panel Adhesive and paint it. BUT...that was also when it was not below ambient air temps through the night. IF it was...I had to apply some heat to make sure the resin was cured all out.

SO to be safe give it a day or two and apply some heat to it. Because 'general shop conditions' means nothing and is open to interpretation...in what 'general' means.
