Default Metallic Paint Blending

Is there anyone who really knows about blending metallic ??
The stupid dealer scratched my car, and has painted it twice so far. Paint still doesn't match. You can see the difference on an overcast day. Each time he paints more & more.

Now he's telling me the only way to make me happy is to paint the entire side of the car.

A 6" scratch has turned into 4' of paint so far.

YES...I REALLY KNOW how to blend metallics/pearls...BUT....the key problem that I am sure is occurring is the person painting your car is NOT shooting test panel so the color can be tinted to be correct.

YES...an overcast day is the BEST type of light to check to see if I have the color blend RIGHT.

I have so much to comment on here that I could type for hours and hours.

What color is your car?????
