c7carbon zr1 spoiler for c5
arrived today. i bought the fiberglass version for 235.00 shipped. no need to spend 329.00 if i am going to paint it.
initial fitment. just laid it on the car. fits pretty good. comes with four bolts to mount it. you could 3M tape it.

I would use the 3M tape instead of bolts. Drilling holes in that bumper cover is something I would not do. Once it is drilled...that's it. Because the next owner may not want the spoiler and take it off...and if there are no holes...I know they would be happy about that.
BUT..as always..do as you wish.

pics of installing.
first i measured each side using the hatch as a centering marker.
then i used some silicone i had and put around the holes to mark the spot on the bumper to drill the holes.
after laying it on the bumper, i drilled the holes where the silicone marked, using a 1/4" drill bit.
removed the taillights, pushed the bolts through. then laid the spoiler over the bolts an tightened down.
