92 C4 hood traps wipers
I just got a 92 C4 and when I tried the wipers before I bought it I had the hood up and they worked fine. I drove it in rain the other day and the wipers didn't move. I got back and checked them out and the hood traps the wipers under it. I have to hold the wipers up a couple of inches, then close the hood so they are free of the hood and they work. Is there an adjustment on the hood to correct this?

NO...replace the blades to the CORRECT ONES.
I would BET that you have the wrong blades on the wiper arms. They are somewhat specific...and JUST BECAUSE an auto arts store 'says' they will work and are the correct length....the problem is the HEIGHT. Where the rubber touches the glass in relation to the hole that they get pinned into is what is IMPORTANT I fix this issue many times during a given year.
Because I can tell you...If your hood is fitting correctly....that your HOOD is NOT the problem.
