Do you mean the 3 feathered out spots might come through? Even with 3 coats of epoxy over them?

YES!

Due to you breaking through the different layers of material....which all react differently to solvents. Once the clear coat has been sacrificed and sanded through...it reacts differently IN TIME than that of the base coat and so on. Which is why you can often times see the 'ring-out' effects in some repairs.

I do not care what is sprayed on the feathered out repairs that go all the way down or even partially down. Give it time. One day you might see a distortion in the area that was repaired. And sometimes it can be severe enough to actually disturb the metallics of the paint applied on top of it.

You should still ahve a bit of clear on the hard top. 5 coats of clear..if applied with a 'slow hand' is a LOT of clear.

I am sure this will buff out quite nicely.
