Full bolt-on ZO6 times?
What type of times are full bolt-on ZO6's running in the 1/4?
Full bolt-ons being, no internal work, just the bolt-ons that
get the newer Z's into the ~390-400rwhp range.
I'd like to see how fast a bolt on ZO6 is with drag radials or
slicks actually. I know people have gone 11.9's in stock ZO6's
so I'm guessing at least mid 11's for bolt on ZO6's with sticky
tires?

With a few bolts on my 01, see sig, I got down to 11.89 so far, 1st time out with LTS and a good tune. I do not drive very well, and my launches are not huge either, and IMO, and reading many threads, low 11 with intake, headers, tune, et streets, gears, and a very good driver, is with in reach. Hell I am just to see 11s!

Paul ran a 10.37 with 385rwhp with bolt ons. Still a very large gap between 10.86 and 11.37.
Brent also ran a 10.96 with only 397rwhp(cam only).
Both records will be broken IMO.

I mainly asked because a few people have said the new ZO6 will not
go 10's with bolt-ons. I replied with the fact that a current stock ZO6
has gone high 11's, rare but it's been done.
Seems that if a bolt on C5 ZO6 can go low 11's, high 10's from a bolt-on
C6 ZO6 should be a friggin cake walk.

Is LS1Tech the only place with a list of records, for stock internal Corvettes?

Put yourself down on the list on that forum for now!

I've run 11.25 @ 123.7 with bolt-ons and there was more left in it. The DA was around -200 that day. I'm an old school hot rodder so my bolt-ons aren't the same as "LS1" bolt-ons. I installed Comp Cams 918 springs and roller rockers because I was installing a supercharger a little later. All of my mods were done with the supercharger in mind , so I went a different route than someone who wanted to make a fast bolt-on car. For the record , my car made 383 rwhp and 369 rwtq before that run. There's no doubt in my mind that if someone wanted to , they could run 10's with bolt-ons. Unfortunately , making a "fastest bolt-on car" doesn't seem to be a priority with Vette owners

I understand your point though, I think a bolt on c6 Z06 will be able to run 10's but it still won't be cake. Rim and tire size may play a role in hindering a c6 zo6 in running very low. A 16 inch rim will not fit and hopefully a 17" will. It's all about traction/60'. Obviously you'll need great weather, conditions, etc. I guess we'll see.
