dyno upper 320's. taking it down track with a good set of drs will be more realistic.

Oh, come on guys. He's new here and apparently he's really hated by most. Maybe even more so than the pipester.

We should rise above the crowd and be helpful...

So I say 390.

But, I also suggest spending $75-$100 to get a couple dyno pulls if you're really interested in knowing what a machine has to say about your set up.
Or, take it down the 1/4. That'll give you a better idea and it's more fun.

Good luck.

Disclaimer... Apparently, since I just had a birthday, and no one said anything, I'm getting all crazy emotional inside and weird crap like this comes out.

was just thinking a 98 vette had around 340hp at the fly wheel ?? That would be about 290 rwhp + cam\heads\intake...I added 65 rwhp to get 355 for a guess

On my 02 ls1:

I did 388rwhp / 386rwtq w/ 243 heads, 224/224, LTs.

Added high flow cats to LTs, CAI, NW102 TB, FAST102 Intake + 60lb injectors, - 422rwhp / 406rwtq.

Should be close to 400rwhp.
I had better heads (ported DARTS) but smaller cam 224 with full bolt ons, and dyno'd 414 unlocked.
My wife's just over 390rwhp with stock heads but a good size custom cam with all bolt ons.

Is your user name Most hated on PT.net as well? I just came from the truck world too. I had a 6.0 rcsb. My car also has the 2.73's in it, it makes it feel slower than my truck as well. But, with the setup you mentioned on pg. 1, I think you should get real close to 400rwhp, I've seen many F-bodies hit 390-400 with just a big cam and bolt-ons, there's no reason you can't hit that with the added power of the head flow and compression increase from the 243's. I do know however, the IRS takes some power away, but don't know how much, that don't matter anyway, a dyno is just a tuning tool...

Years back my 98 vette 346 ci COMP 224/228 with 243 heads LS6 intake and full boltons made 386 rwhp on W2W's Mustang dyno. Dyno numbers seem to vary a lot,but a low 400 rwhp number should be possible on a DynoJet with a good combo and a very good tune...just my two cents

yup thats me and yea i added all listed above and i wasnt that happy thought it would feel way better lol but the gears are killing me bad and the stock stall too guess im add gears and stall then headers cuz whats the point of adding more power like the headers if i can get it to the ground correctly dam gears feels like a pig badddd lol
