who's going to hit 10.2 fartpipe or pib
going to track rental 2/18 at mir and im hopped like a jalapeno in the chili sauce. have run a 10.362 at atco outside the groove with a -700 da. now fartpipes run a 10.345 i think at the last rental at mir dont know da. will the 6 speed bolt on 427 take out the nitrous sniffing 382 h/c a-4. or will little ls-6 stroker prevail. i will run n/a also to try to run a 10.2. after enough n/a passes the juice will get turned on.

How about, both? 
I think you might hit 10.2x first and more times overall throughout the day but his quickest 10.2x might be quicker than your quickest 10.2x.
That is, until the bottle goes in of course.

I surely will need a strong 40mph tailwind, perfect launch, perfect shifting, motivational speeches from Tirecraft, Gary2004Z06 and GEEBUSSS to hit my mark of 10.2x. I've had the time to do absolutely NOTHING to the car since last time out. I actually haven't even driven it since the last rental day. I really need to figure out some more weight things, see if I can figure out how to change this TB that hits the Meizere EWP at the actuator, clean the air filter, check the plugs and or replace, line lock, pcv catch can and clean the inside of the intake the best i can of the oil slowing down the air into the cylinders IMO, figure out a few little things set up wise but thats about all I got. I wanted to do the NW 102 TB and light weight battery but the funds have held that up. Figured if I lost 10lbs, lose 20lbs from a lighter battery, i forgot to drain the full washer bottle tank atleast 5-10lbs of fluid, I had the car low on gas the last time, theres one mod I could try since I didnt change the battery but not sure I feel comfortable doing it. Time will tell right now with a snow storm every week up here isnt going to make things happen IMO 
However I do look forward to running the Point and steer queer auto versus the mans mans car

yea thats right point and steer. takes two hands when the wheels are off the ground. have not driven car since i took off trailer in dec just prior to last mior rental.

Well a Big thanks to tirecraft!!! We are almost done with all the weight reduction/shrinking of the vette to be preppared for this race. Should be a handful but I think we're gonna be ready!

shrunk it so much it looks like a red c5, not an atomic super duper orange c6... cool how Tirecraft even shrank Fartpipe enough to get him under the tiny racer...

Marshal brought a gun to a knife fight and shot me in the tailpipe!!
I took the street tire lane (big mistake) and he took the prepped to the 1/8mile lane. I had a better R/T but his sprayed 1.3X 60ft trumped my 1.72 60ft spinning/wheel hopping run. He ran 9.91 at 137mph and I ran 10.72 at 132mph with the left muffler sliding off on the 1-2shift lol. It was fun no doubt. However I got the last laugh with a 10.369 best of the day to his best NA pass 10.51

yes a .45 it was. i know you where in the crap lane but i gifted you almost 1/2 second on the tree. looking a the slip it appears i caught you at about 75 to 80 ft out and then you slipped your muff. a good thing is you didnt lose in on the track. better yet you took both mufflers off and got that 10.362. getting light is right. ill have to get the knife out again a lower the weight on my car again. i was at 3270lb fri with bottle. round one to the pipester.
