Ok I finally got the hotel ironed out. She gave me a rate of $99/night at the Marriott and $89/night at the Holiday Inn across the street. However, when I go to the Marriott site to book normally, we can get it cheaper IF we choose non-refundable rooms. She is going to send me a link for us to book through if we want the group rate.
I may have made that sound confusing......basically you would save $10/night through the group sales. But you can get it cheaper than group sales if you choose non-refundable and book normally.

Thanks for putting this together again. The only reservation I have about booking non-refundable is that we can get rained out. They usually require booking at least so many days in advance.
Just my 2 cents.

Track rentals are available between the hours of 9am-5pm (8 hours
total track time).
IIRC, 9:00 seems about right; however, traction may not be there until the track surface temp gets to 50* or thereabouts.

Ok, I have 2 spots for sale. We have issues with both mine and Ricks vehicles. We have been at the track all day and can't get them fixed in time..
