I have duel controls with passenger blowing cold air and driver's side blowing out hot air!

This is the performance section. This would be better if posted in the Tech or General sections of the forum. That being said, you're probably low on freon. It's a known issue on C5s. It can also be your blend door but most likely, its the freon.
