Why don't you go ahead and get the cage certified and run it out to see what it goes? Inquiring minds want to know!

Scott
I have some other plans. The heads were just put on for testing and I wanted to take some passes before I put the stock heads back on.
I don't know exactly what the car weighs but it's light and very efficient.
I was told the air was +1400 when I ran.
I called today to get the car re certified. I didn't know it was expired until last night.

Wouldn't be interested in selling those heads and cam would you?

I could get you setup with a cam and some springs that I think will work well.

I'd like to get in on that too. I think the custom specd can in my car isn't what should be in there.

Killer and I like that you're using 243 heads. Judson Massengill hit about 756 hp at the crank if i remember right with his Camaro before he switched to 427 c5r. Greg Good or maybe Casey Snyder did those 243's. I dont remember if he'd switched to a Beck at that point, but that was with more cubic inches max compression etc. I also think it was like 4.100 bore and still the factory cast crank though. Crank snapped finally and he went 427 c5r after that.

Here's some video of some of our cars at a rental including my 9.7x pass lifting.

My friend, who is learning, lined up with me on a pro .400 tree in his c6 h/c. [@1:10]
His car is a street car and has been 10.3x's.

I have a custom cam and trick valve spring combo for anyone interested in a near max effort setup for 346 new in the box.
Email me if you want to purchase.
You'll have to wait on ported 346 heads from my source if interested.

If you can't wait for a ported 243 head then you can't go wrong with a TFS 215 head.
The 3x cam needs to be shifted higher in correct power band for best performance if you plan on drag racing and are looking for best ET.
