Centri with a High Stall
Anyone have any before and after results on a centri supercharger before and after changing to a high stall?
It seems like a blower like that which is so dependent on RPM to make boost, will show big gains by swapping in a good stall.
Just curious if anyone has put theory to the test?

No before results, since I had my stall before the blower. But I can say that with the stall, it goes almost instantly to boost. I know some of the guys like the roots blowers so they can get into boost immediately, but I think that is only an issue with manuals, since a stalled auto gets into boost pretty darn quick.

I'm actually installing a 3000 stall in a couple weeks. I was just looking to see if the improvements with the centri s/c are actually better than those observed in a n/a motor.
It seems since the boost is so directly tied to RPM with a centi s/c that as mentioned above, you should see a noticeable bump in performance due to hitting boost at a lower speed/rpm than you normally would see.
Similar to a pulley change in some ways i suppose.

I had a 3800 on mine.. 60' best is 1.31. Yes. Higher would probably work better, but I am now using a 3600, I don't know what my new 60 will be....
