Lg motor sports sells some really popular headers. These are what I have in my car. As for the cam do you have a local tuner nearby? I suggest discussing cams with the tuner you will be using. Some have their own cams.

IMHO American Racing Headers is the best in the business. Customer service is second to none. Quality, fit and finish is absolutely perfect. They were expensive but well worth it in my opinion. I would personally never buy from another company after having owned the ones we have.
Asking which cam is very complicated question. Lots of posts if you use the search function and determine what your needs and goals are.

I've had LG, Kooks and now TSP Lt's
I bought my 03z with the LG street 1 3/4 the quality of the welds and fitment was pretty good but they had a few crushed tubes to i swapped them out for a set of kooks, the kooks also had nice fit and quality welds but had some problems with leaks before i could get them sealed I totaled the car, my replacement car 01z has TSP Lt's the welds and every thing look good but they are rubbing someplace at certain engine loads it can clearly be felt in the car I have not had a chance to get under it to fully see whats going on hopping I can find the contact point and massage it to stop it
LG streets was a nice set but hung a little low, my car was lowered so caution was used over speed bumps, pulling in and out of places
kooks also nice but leaked but cant say if it was the headers or my install that was the problem? they also hung a little low
Texas Speed is a nice set no leaks tucks up better then the kooks or lg but i'm having the issue with them rubbing
so with all of that said if you have the budget I think LG is the way to go, if funding is an issue TSP is a good option you just might have to do some clearance
for a cam it really depends on what you looking for? max effort or good street manners?
my 03z I installed a comp cam 224/230 .581/.592 114 lsa along with ported 243's, ported fast 92 and bolt'on car made 448rwhp 399rwtq
my current 01z has a 219/230 .606/.605 117 LSA, PRC 2.5 ported 243's, fast 92 and bolt'on car made 429rwhp 390rwtq
both cars drove close to stock

Same here. Their customer service has made me a repeat customer. I bent a trunion bearing while installing them. They shipped me a extra one same day no charge and have always been willing to help.

I too have run the LG Streets, Super Pro's, currently having the AR 1 7/8 installed.. I must say in looking at, comparing the headers, the American Racing are FAR better quality than my LG's.... although my LG's have served me well... nothing wrong with them, I just got a smoking deal on the AR's....

since I wrecked my 03z (with kooks) and been swapping parts to my replacement 01z (texas speed) I have to say the kooks win me over the fit and finish is much better the location of the X pipe is better IMO and even sound better! the leaks i'm told are the "older" headers and have been updated
the texas speed headers I have a few clearance issues that I just cant fine the sweet spot when I adjust one spot and get room I cause another spot to hit some place else, I did not have this problem with Kooks or LG
I'm probably going to swap back to LG or try ARH

I bought a pair of used XS Power from their early production. Removed the AIR fittings and had them coated.
Excellent headers.
Total cost $800
Might be an option if you could find some.
The above mentioned Comp cam is pretty similar to my custom 226/230 .600 114 EPS.
I think it's an excellent choice for a shelf cam. Easy on the valve train and easy to tune. Would have a nice mild chop at idle.
