Default Stock 60ft times

I somehow managed a 1.79 60ft in a stock 3.15 gear auto 2000 c5 on street tires.. Didn't spin at all.. Ran a 8.5 at 83mph in the 1/8th..ever since I can't get better than a 2.1 60ft at like a 8.9-9.1..It doesn't spin much just feels so sluggish off the line.. Anyone know what's up?

Your still in active handling mode.
Hold the AH button down until the DIC reads Performance Mode.
Use caution with your right foot....

Nah, I only have traction control in the car no AH. If the car says traction control off on the dash board, it is always 100% off correct? Sometimes I feel like it still doesn't actually turn it off but I may be wrong.
