Fastest 1/2 Mile C5 List
The 1/2 mile has became a huge event in the Corvette World. I have always wanted to know who was the fastest C5 corvette in the 1/2 mile. I have made a list from the WannagoFast events dating back to the 2014 year. Again this is only from the WannaGoFast events. I went throught the WannaGoFast page and looked at every race dating from 2014 til now. If you do not see your name on the list feel free to post your speed sheet and I will make the changes. Also if you took place in any other 1/2 mile event please feel free to post your results and I'll add it to the list

For some reason my computer would not allow me to open the 2013 excel files when I made the list. I will be going back and including the 2013,2012 and 2011 years in the next few days.

184+ is a fast pass at the Florida event. You would pick up 3-5mph at Georgia or Texas (better surface).

I saw the opposite. Exact same setup I went 6 mph faster at Ocala than GA. Yes traction was great at GA but the negative density altitude in Ocala really helped make power once it hooked up.

I'm super excited, I've been dying to run the 1/2 mile or standing mile for years!

Running my C5 Z06 with an NA LS7 setup (560rwhp/549rwtq), TR6060 (C6Z ratios) and 3.73 gears this Saturday at the Slipstream 1/2 mile event in PA. Running on 315/30/18 Michelin PS2 tires, so I'm hoping I'll hook up by 3rd and still get a decent MPH. Hoping to get between 155 and 160mph! I've only been to the Ga event's but plan on making a few more events this year. With the new setup I'm thinking I'll be in the 180s. 190s would require me going to a 315 gear and money is a little tight at the moment lol
