Fastest pass with Vortec V3 Si trim?
Afternoon,
I've been a member here for a while but never post. Over the weekend I went 9.55 @139 with an A&A V3 Si kit on a 376ci cathedral port engine. I checked the fast list and saw algz06 went 9.52 (stock cube) with a T trim. Has anyone else hit bottom 9s with a Si trim? Countless searches have gotten me no where. Trying to see what the limits of this blower are that others have reached. The car has more in it with some better DA in the next few weeks.

I'm pretty sure Al has been faster than that, I think that time was when he ran a C5 coupe. He has been 9.03 @ 146 with a Stock Bottom End 346 Ci motor in his Z06. I think Sean has been 9.3X with a stock bottom coupe.
I'm sure someone can jump in and correct me if I'm wrong.

Best run out of the T-trim was a 9.19 (2700 DA). The 9.03 (6000 DA) was with a Novi 2200 shooting a rod through the side of the block right at the 1000' mark. Hope that helps.
