Cam only c5 vs H/C/I Nitrous Trans Am
Guy asked me to race him at the track. I said sure just don't spray me lol. He still sprayed me but luckily for me his nitrous cut off after about the 60 or so. Turned out to be a great race.
I have a tick custom grind cam, breathless CAI, TSP headers, bias ply drag pack, and Lingenfelter 2 step

Really good race. What did you run? My 2000 Camaro H/C/I ran 10.70's @ 126 with ported LS6 heads from Vengeance Racing back in the day. I did not have N2O so no idea what it might have run on the gas. You pulled strong on the top side. Good job driving as well.

Nice run. Thanks for sharing.
I'd come out harder on the 2 step to clean up the bog on the launch and maybe invest in a pedal stop to shorten the throw on the launch and allow it to hit slightly softer with more rpm.
You can also fiddle with the neutral safety switch height to benefit the launch as well.

Yea i think I had my tire pressure too low on that run. I need to test which tire pressure rpm combo gets me out the fastest.
With the pedal stop do you set it to stop the clutch pedal right after the catch point? Will that cause any clutch wear issues? Also can you give more details on the neutral safety switch fiddling lol?
