Hi all.

Searched but didnt see any upcoming rentals or events for quarter or half miles. Anyone know if there will be any near MD?

depends what you mean... tons of 1/4 mile tracks and events around ... 1/2 mile I hear up north In PA..... altough our cars do better at MPH stuff like 1/2 mile im more into drag racing 1/4 mile now ... I may try some standing 1/2 miles once my car is sorted so I would like to know as well if any 1/2 mile events nearby MD aswell

NC is a bit far, but PA is doable.

What i meant re 1/4 milers, is a track rental.... i have a couple tracks i can go to but they adhere strictly to the rules re a roll bar for under 11 seconds (other track was 11.5 sec). I'm gonna run below 10.99. Ive heard the rentals are not so strict.

Entry fee is $275 for a day ($500 two day), but no rain dates or refunds. You pay and lose out if weather prohibits event. Thats quite a gamble imho, if u pay upfront. The weather person better be right! Lol. Im gonna try it!
