The talk of banning weapons is always a distractor for the real issues we face. Sure blame a gun when the inner city is a blaze with violence, blame a gun when someone loses their mind and goes on a killing spree, blame a gun when a child doesn't get the proper education from the government and/or care from their parents.

Those who want to use guns as a scapegoat are covering up governments failure at being your mommy and daddy. Why the government is your provider, how can they be responsible for any of the ills we face, it has to be those damn guns hopping around waiting for innocent prey.

It makes for a nice distraction but does not address the problems humans face and government just can't admit they may just be part of the problem. Easier to blame a piece of metal.

Some people claim the USA as we know it is over. We shall see in a few months if that's correct. If they start registering and/or banning guns, these people are correct.

That's good that you sold your stuff. That may keep them from being turned in later.....you're a good subject, your Dear Leader will be proud.

^ Yep.

Do the gungrabber/pukes think that everyone buying now at STUPID prices are going to turn them in later like a bunch of SLAVES?

And if they think they can just sit as a conscientious observers and escape the negatives of the pending war if the .gov wants to play it that way... they've thought WRONG.

The House better not let this crap pass. I will only listen to any type of restrictions after they address the moral decay of our nation and kick the ACLU square in the nuts. Until then, NOT NO but HELL NO.

When I lived in California, I contacted her office about an issue. It took almost two years for her office to even acknowledge my request, and she never followed up on it. She is as useless as the day is long. I have increasingly felt that Dan White shot the wrong people that day...and created a monster who has spent her whole life building her power base on his mentally unbalanced act of shooting the Mayor and Harvey Milk.

People, people, people. Guns don't kill people. People kill people. And, they use bullets. Bullets do the actual damage, not guns.

Not to mention that he would have had to carry 16 magazines, plus the one in the rifle, to fire that many rounds. A rifle, two fully loaded handguns, and sixteen additional magazines? Seems like an excessive load-out for one person to carry.

Sorry I seem ignorant on this, but should I be looking for an upper as well due to Ms. Idiots. . . I mean Fiensteins legislation?

To be open, I love rifles, especially older ones where you can see the craftsmanship. For this, I wanted to start a collection with a bunch of rifles, including an AR. As far as shooting, I have a couple handguns but mostly enjoy plinking bottles with a .22 . Due to this upcoming ban, I've picked up a lower, a collapsing stock, and a bunch of 30rd mags and figured I'd build the rest later. I understand she wants to push people to register their firearms, but is she trying to ban another part of the rifle? Thanks!

X-Mas presents to myself
