I made the last payment the month before I retired!

Mine was paid off for years but now I'm back to payments since I sold it for a new 2013 Grand Sport. Loved the car but the 436HP LS3 is so sweet & the widebody C6 is the only way to leave the C5 family.

Paid mine off years ago, I purchased my 02 new from the dealer and got 0% financing for five years due to the post 9/11 fire sales that were going on back in 2001.

AFTRBRNR 10-27-2013 01:35 PM

Bought in 2004, paid off in 24 months. Free and clear for 7 years now.

Razor00 10-27-2013 03:35 PM

It was paid off the day I picked it up and I will never have a car payment. Just does not make sense :crazy2:

kennedy759 10-27-2013 06:25 PM

paid off house years ago so I could pay cash for toys

rkhegler 10-27-2013 09:29 PM

Paid cash!

FormerlyFiero 10-27-2013 09:57 PM

Paid cash, I don't borrow for toys (or used cars).:D
But then, I paid cash for the 5th wheel trailer that I'm living in, and the 34 ft motorhome that's on the coast. It's good to be debt free and retired:rock:

jcgunn 10-27-2013 11:48 PM

DeeHutch 10-27-2013 11:48 PM

whitesmokels1 10-28-2013 11:07 AM

Paid cash 4 years ago for mine. It's amazing how fast you can save when you have a goal. I graduated college, found my first job and wanted a corvette. Took me 6 months of living on ramen noodles and I was driving her home.
