Torque specs on rocker arm studs

Anybody know off the top of their head what the torque spec is for the rocker arm studs on the LT1. I'm putting 1.6 RR with 7/16 studs, but I can't find anywhere what to torque them to and I want to be carefull with these aluminum heads.

Thanks

Thanks

Oh one other thing, do you use anti-sieze?

My L98 heads had steel inserts in the rocker stud holes so anti-sieze wasn't required.

i actually used red locktite. I was getting tired of them loosening up when i adjusted the valves.

The spec for the rocker studs is 50 ft lbs. I use sealer on the threads.

50 lbs/ft is it, and I second the motion on the Teflon sealer.

BTW, I posted this question on another thread: What other white sealer might work? I have seen *many* different white Teflon sealants at Home Depot, Lowes etc..

i guess the AFRs are differnt than the stock heads. No sealer needed on the AFRs
