1990 corvette horn relay
 

Need help
where is fuse and horn relay at on 1990 corvette conv?

Fuse panel is in end of dash ,pass side ;hidden when door closed.
Horn relay is under the dash somewhere from memory.

on my 87 the fuse was w/relay

Horn relay is behind the info panel in the dash above the shifter.

the horn relay is up under the passenger side dash hush panel, there are 5 in there altogether

Yep under the pass. side hush panel. Laying on your back there will be 2 on the left together then a group of 3 on your right. It's the middle one in the group of three. Ya know sometimes it's not the Horn relay that goes bad not making the Horn not work. A small connector in the Steering Column gets brittle over time and cracks not making contact and causes the horn not to work. Pipe
