$40K for a car that needs a total restoration seems a little high to me. It also has several incorrect parts not to mention whether the frame and bird cage are okay. Doing ALL the work yourself (including bodywork and paint), I see another $20-25K to restore it correctly. In the end, you'd have a $60K car. Not a great investment if you ask me.
The only value a 63 has is the split window (coupes only). Other than that, it's nothing more than a "red headed step-child" like many call the 64 (not me) except it has many "year only" rare, expensive parts.
