The black one look good as well but I think they look better on a black car. Also I prefer to keep it looking similar to stock while still being customized. I love the look when they light up. JMO.

I never used tint paint before, so it was just eaiser to have the shop do it.

Just installed a set of Eagle Eye tails last night. For $220 shipped it seemed worth a try. So far I like them but they're really bright at night with the brake applied.

These directions are straight to the point. I have one right and one left in Red for sale, my C16 only has two tail lights didn't need all four.

I purchased both red and Black to try with Velocity Yellow. New in original packaging. I installed two and then took them out and installed the Black set. I purchased them from the same place that everyone is referring to on eBay for $270. I have a C16 that requires only two rear tail lights. 3M tape will be required for the two I tested out for a few days until my Black one were shipped.

I know this is an old thread when I looked on E Bay all the Eagle Eye lights I could find were 399. The ones at Mid America are listed at 349. Does any one know if it is the same light?

Yes, those are the ones. I have seen them for as low as $250.

If you search by 'Corvette LED tail lights' AND then sort by price, low to high, you can find them for $314.95.

When I bought mine they were $279 shipped.

They look ok, but when not lit they look too aftermarket for me, i prefer the OEM look...

That's why we tint them. Without it, you can see the chrome fin things inside and it looks a little cheesy.

I actually bought them because I liked the way they looked in the daylight. They "Pop" when surrounded by a dark color like the cyber gray. The OEM tails look almost frosted in comparison. To each his own I suppose.
