These are exactly the same place as the OEM ZR1 spoiler.

The GM full length only has 2 bolts per side and is completely different than the OEM GM ZR1 spoiler.

Thanks

Thanks, I realize that. What I was suggesting is that the mounting points on the new ZR1 spoiler could be the same as the OEM ZR1 but also have optional mounting points the same as the full width spoiler. This would make them interchangeable without drilling six new holes to replace the full width with the ZR1. Just drill two. Like I said it's wishful thinking. I'm sure there are a lot of guys that would drill the six holes without worrying about it. Unfortunately I bought a full width before your introduction of the ZR1 spoiler and don't really want to drill all those holes.:(

Your spoiler looks pretty good, I have read alot of threads about people who have used your and the worst thing I have herd is the factory holes may need to be opened up some, what do you say about that ? . I am looking for a really nice fit with out gaps and my reading tells me I will drill 4 1/4 inch holes

There are no factory holes, so that is not correct. You will need to drill 6 new holes. This spoiler does use the 4 center bolts already in the car. But you will need to drill 6 holes.

Thanks
Josh

ZR1 Style Rear Spoiler - Pre-Painted to match your C6, Z06, Grand Sport, 427 or ZR1

PLEASE DO NOT GET OUR QUALITY REAR SPOILER confused with another vendor on here that is selling fiberglass reproductions that shouldn't even be put on a CHEVETTE! You can read through our thread, quality parts, quality packaging and shipping in 2-3 weeks max. You can look at the other company selling fiberglass spoilers, customers tell us they do not fit right, they come 2-3 months late and arrive broken. Please do not get our quality products confused with these cheap knock offs. Our competitor is even using our pictures without permission! (The hydro carbon fiber pictures I actually took, they are using them!)

We've had countless customers send back "that other spoiler" and buy our spoiler, telling us that you really do get what you pay for.

SALE PRICED

We are finished with your ZR1 style reproduction rear spoilers and have them in stock, ready to be painted! These are like the OEM pieces, made of ABS plastic and bolt in place just like the OEM ZR1 pieces.

*Identical reproduction of the real ZR1 spoiler
*Painted to match your body color
*Installs in under 30 minutes

The following colors are available:
  • Gloss Black
  • Arctic White
  • Blade Silver
  • Cyber Gray
  • Machine Silver
  • Torch Red
  • Victory Red
  • Magnetic Red
  • Monterey Red
  • Crystal Red
  • Precision Red
  • Jet Stream Blue
  • LeMans Blue
  • Night Race Blue
  • Velocity Yellow
  • Millenium Yellow
  • Atomic Orange
  • Daytona Sunset Orange
  • Inferno Orange
  • Super Sonic Blue
  • Carlisle Blue
  • Carbon Flash Metallic

We paint each spoiler in a climate controlled booth with dust eliminating fans, which results in a OEM quality spoiler and paint finish each time. This spoiler is identical in shape and size to the ZR1 factory spoiler. Please note: On Daytona Sunset Orange cars, please send us your fuel door cover with your order. GM has a few shades of Daytona Sunset Orange and we can match the color with your door.*

Please allow 7-10 business days from order to ship date.

We have these introductory priced at $429.95 and Corvette Forum member will save even more!

Forum Price: $386.95 with coupon code SS2007 at checkout. Price includes shipping.

SS2007 Discount Code

Are you going to extend the SS2007 discount. I tried to use it and it is expired. How long for a gloss black to ship?

Thanks,

Ron

+1.... Also how easy is it to install/drill. I'm a bit nervous about it not being lined up correctly and looking lopsided (im a bit OCD Anal).
