Our powder coating process has 2 coats of powder coating applied to each caliper and bracket which hides alot of the casting imperfections on the caliper. We can also powder coat your own calipers. If you are interested in purchasing a set of TPS Powder Coated Calipers OR having your calipers powder coated please contact us. A $400 core charge will be applied when order is placed and your old calipers must be sent back to us to receive your core charge back. Cores must be in good condition without damage.

Caliper brackets are powder coated so the pads can "float" freely in the bracket
-When caliper brackets are painted or powdercoated you MUST make sure the area where the pads sit are free of excessive powder coating. If there is excessive powder coat it will cause your brakes to bind.

Please take a look at our caliper bracket on the right as it is free of excess powder coating in areas where the pads sits... allowing it to "Freely Float" and NOT BIND.

Price is $310 and I am waiting for some cores to come back. What color is your car? I have a couple of REAL nice sets coming in by the end of the week that are Z51... one is a metallic blue and one is like a orange sunset.. both sets will be $350 delivered to your door. When we do our candied colors it is a 2 stage process which begins by sand blasting the calipers completely and then it is powdercoated with a silver base and then the final coat to make the colors really pop :)

Thanks for getting back to me. My car is a Millenium Yellow 01, and already had the 07Z51 upgrade by the Previous owner, however the calipers are Red. I am considering changing to yellow calipers if I stay with the Z51, or have considered the C6 Z06 upgrade with yellow calipers also. I would have to change out the CCW's on the car now with the Z06's though :(

If I were you I would go with BLACK calipers... actually, if you wanted to go yellow I can have a set ready to ship by this Friday :) I need to know soon because the calipers are about to be put in the oven in the next day or so.
