125 shot NX jetting?

I'm getting my car tuned today and i want to jet it for 125 shot. does anyone know what size jets i should use? i have found 57n and 31-35f. NX website just has 100 shot and 150 shot.

Thanks!

Use two stages, first at 100 and second at 150 and you will enjoy it, after that you will never run the car without it. Don't worry a stock motor can handle that without any issues, I did it with a stock LS1 and my car went 10.60et with no modification to the motor.

BT03mach-1 01-12-2011 07:56 AM

jaglmm 01-15-2011 05:58 PM

i'm about to install a 125 shot in my car..

i was hestiant about the stock motor it has 100k miles but after some reading i think my motor should be fine for some time to come

jaglmm 01-15-2011 06:01 PM

is it typical for a vette to run 10's on 150 shot only..

G*DDAMN!!

wow, is that torque reading right?

Looks pretty lean on the hit.

BT03mach-1 01-17-2011 08:27 AM

he said its because it sucked the fuel out of the fuel rails and the pump had to catch up. i think he called it a nitrous spike? something like that.

yeah the torque reading is right. i dont know why it wouldn't be

Sometimes if the magnet or clip on the rpm signal wire skips a beat the tq reading will get wonky... that's impressive that you're making over 620ft-lbs of torque... it looks like it's occuring through the lean spike though, so that makes sense I guess.

Have you checked your plugs? I'm curious how the motor likes that ~500rpm lean spot w/ such high cylinder pressure. Was your tuner concerned about that behavior, or is that length of a lean spot normal for nitrous?

Flash20 01-17-2011 12:08 PM

throw a bigger shot on it, and let it eat. Might wanna check your plugs. btw which plugs are you running?

my stock ls3 lasted forever and never died until i decided to upgrade :)

dicky 01-22-2011 01:01 PM
