Best color wheels for a Machine/Blade Silver car?

I have always been a fan of basic silver wheels, but on a silver car they just don't work as well. Chrome or polished adds some flash to silver, but it also has a more show rather than go look. Lately I've seen alot of silver and white cars with black or dark grey rims, and I think thats my new favorite. It offers a nice contrast to the silver and also adds an "all business" look to the car.

I know there are more colors then on this poll but I wanted to keep it basic.

What do you think is the best color wheel for a silver vette?

Black; tuff/hardcore/nasty/go

Polished; tuff/hardcore/classy/sexy/go

Chrome; classy/flashy/show

IMO, Comp Grey looks good, it just doesn't do much on a silver car. I pick polished or satin (notflat) black.

Choice is yours.

I like chrome or polished, but I do on all colors:rock:

always liked the silver painted wheels on silver. Also like black wheels with a silver around outer perimeter. I had a silver c5 for 9 years. I really like the contrast with the tail lights and tinted windows with silver. Chrome wheels never went with silver to me. But, thats just me

:iagree: If you go with black get the corresponding blue lights to match.

Black wheels, tinted windows, transparent top.
Dark grey 2nd.
Chrome anything is sooooo 1980's.

Perhaps, but i love the chrome on my silver GS.

Tinted windows and glass top for sure.

That's 'cause you haven't seen a silver (either one) with black wheels, tinted glass and a black roof and halo!

Actually...if you look back in time painted wheels are what was going on in the 80's. Chrome was seldom used.
