That's it and judging by the shape and style of the wheels in the last couple pics, it looks a hell of a lot like the jalopnik renderings.

Another step closer...

Very interesting....I can't wait to see more so, I can decide if I get a C6 or hold out for a C7
|
That looks pretty close to a physical version of Jalopnik's renderings. All of us who called bull on Jalopnik only a couple of months ago may soon eat our words. Those wheels, those headlights, it's all almost dead on. The only difference I see is that the taillights may be circular, like the C6. But, who knows, this may be GM's way of fooling us. They may want us to think that the Jalopnik renderings will prove true, only to reveal a slightly different product when the times comes.
You can't tell much from this picture, but it is a clear evolution of the C6 style, which is exactly what GM said it would be. Call me selfish, but I already want to see more lol. |
left side wheels are different than right side.
I not feeling any love for it. :flag: |

Short front overhang.
Long distance between front door and front wheels. Looks to be front mid engine. |
fantastic! I CAN DRIVE THE C7 ON SNOW!!
but really, way too close to jalopnik! although the rear bumper/decklid shape looks a little different. Things I noticed: -there is a seam across the roof above the b-pillar. that means there 'should' be a removable targa roof! -looks like LED taillights with clear lenses. -ridiculously evolutionary. |
Jalopnik's renderings are TRUE!

Does look to have those crappy Jalopnik taillights behind that body covering. UGH!
Maybe it'll look better in person.:( |

It'd be irresponsible to release any car, even a sports car, without testing it on snow.
|
Looks like it has been found! Looks promising to me if study the pics close. As fast as the rendering.... Well it close
|
i have a feeling the parallelogram-ish taillights are just a facade. the actual lenses on the car are round, the cover is just sitting on top of them. I think it is there to just through people off. i bet the taillights will ultimately be round.

Wow, even the wheels are the same as the render. Jalopnik was spot on.
This car is going to be awesome. As I said before, a lot of people are going to hate it and end up buying one once they realize how good it will be. Happens with every new iteration of an iconic car. |
