LS7 wet shot?
Anybody run a wet shot through the stock intake manifold on an LS7?
How's the distribution, any issues? I've got a stock bottom end and want to run a max of a 100 shot. I'm looking at the Nitrous Outlet plate which sits between the manifold and the throttle body. Guys spraying, what are your thoughts? |

We have done it plenty of times... You will be fine.

N20 for me
I enjoy the spray.
110 added whp no problems, I suggest custom tune and all the bells on the gas kit. |
whats everyone else running for supporting modifications? Curios to see if everyone thinks a shot on top of bolts and cam only would be okay with the proper tune and a little common sense. seen some posts where people seem to think 700rwhp is about the borderline for the LS7

I've got decked heads and a BIG cam, plus bolt ons, but at 6,000 feet, so take off 20% of power. Would have 570 rwhp at sea level, only 470 here.:ack:
I'm gonna back off 4 degrees of timing (24 before, tops, will run 20). Question: Do you pull all 4 degrees throughout the band, or pull less out at lower rpm's?? I was running NGK TR6's at .040", gonna run TR7's (non projected tip) at .034". I'm gonna put her back on the dyno for tuning, set the A/F to mid to high 12:1. Anything I'm missing? |
