Convertible top latches are new, and the stainless steel windshield trim has been polished to a chrome-like finish. Chrome bumpers look to be recent, and are in very good to excellent condition with no patina to speak of. Exterior door handles look recent with no pitting, dulling, or scratches, and the taillights look recent as well with no cracking. Weatherstripping looks to be new, and is super soft and in very good to excellent condition with no dry spots or rotting. This 1965 Corvette LS7 Convertible wears a set of chrome C5 Z06 style wheels, looking to be brand new and in excellent condition with no curb rash or pitting. A mirror has been mounted in the center of the firewall to simulate the ignition shielding that would normally be found on a stock midyear engine, and a Dewitts aluminum radiator and electric fans ensure that this LS7 stays nice and cool. The Jamison tube chassis is powdercoated in Red, and features chrome adjustable Carrera coil-over shocks and C4 brakes, which are fed by a Wilwood master cylinder.
