Stainless Works is an industry-leader in stainless steel performance headers and exhaust systems and we here at XP MOTORSPORTS have been installing and selling Stainless Work's systems for over 2 decades. In fact STAINLESS WORKS HEADERS are the HEADERS of choice on our own 2009 C6ZO6 race car. In addition to designing a wide range of after-market headers and exhausts, they are manufactured on-site, right here in the United States by American Craftsmen. Stainless Work's systems have proven performance increases through pre and post-dyno testing of vehicles.

1 3/4" & 1 7/8" 97-2004 C5 Corvette headers and 3" center section with x pipe and high flow converters or x pipe and off road pipes. Bolt on installation with no cutting and welding required. Manufactured from 304 Stainless, the headers feature 3/8" thick, CNC laser cut flanges, and CNC mandrel bent 1 3/4" primary tubes.These headers are completely tig welded together, and have the AIR tubes and Oxygen sensors installed.
These headers have shown gains of 40+ rear wheel horsepower
