Not as of yet. They have a link to the Facebook site at the bottom of that page. I'm thinking they want to use Facebook's servers to handle the traffic, not their own. Maybe they will announce otherwise later.

Just join FB, it's really easy and quick. I'm guessing they might only show it on FB and not the onethirteen site if they are trying to increase the # of members on their FB fan page for future promo info.

porsche did this with the cayman at the LA auto show. It was terrible, grainy video, so so audio.

Even if so, the still pics they will also be putting up quick might be good. Definitely worth a look.

Nope. One is a Facebook webpage. The other is a non-Facebook webpage with a link to the Facebook page. How about one of our tech able members record it off the Facebook stream and put it up on YouTube immediately and give us a link to that.

Ill be logged onto several sites at the time, guess ill add this to the list as well!

Makes total sense....the Facebook and web page are joint PR for Chevrolet..

No doubt it makes sense---- in fact is some ways more sense to have it on their website and NOT Facebook if they are going to do one or the other. But as someone pointed out, there may be some other advantage to having people go to their Facebook page.

I think I will watch it on the web page. The fact that is on, makes me happy. I was going to go to Detroit but had to change plans. After I see the car the most important thing is the information . I hope they show the press conference that follows...

Be aware there can be quality issues and other potential technical issues with live streams. Just sayin...

Do you think they will load the video to the sight like they did the other videos so that we can go back and watch it over and over and over and over and over and over?

I like how Ox breaks down videos...I am looking forward to him getting a hold of it. He rarely misses anything and points out details I tend to miss.

Every internet and/or more general computer and/or more general electronics problem you can think of. Computers are still not as reliable as TVs.

They should reveal it at halftime of this BCS game to make it interesting. But every SEC fan knew what would happen anyway.

Thanks but I doubt there will be much to 'break down' in 6 days. All will be up to your likes/dislikes and there will be photos, videos, graphics, press releases, etc, to judge it all from. It will be thumbs up or thumbs down...until you see it in person!:D

I'm not taking credit for anything trust me. But check this out.

Three weeks ago in the Steering Committee I raised the question of having someone from our forum do a live stream through Skype or something similar since no one had announced anything. Dadman1950 got on my thread and said on 12-17 he had received an E-mail and phone call from GM saying their was no plans to do a live feed. Shortly after that I posted on their one13thirteen site asking about the live feed. I checked it the next day and they deleted my post. :mad: So Kirk Bennion is one of my Facebook friends and I posted this on his page.

and low and behold we finally get the announcement on January 5th about the live feed. So just maybe...:D

I receive offers from Panasonic by email and today they sent me an invite to watch live interviews at the Panasonic display at the Comsumer Electronics Show (CES) currently underway in Las Vegas. This is a great example of how I hope to see live streaming this Sunday on the C7. Take a look.:thumbs::flag:

I guess it's posted as an event so you have to say that you are attending it and it shows up under your events in FB if you are a member of FB.
