Just giving you advise. The going rate for a set of assembled LS7 heads is around 1500 dollars.

these are new not raped or rebuilt

best price i found from dealer is 3160.00 ....good deal for someone wanting new factory:thumbs:

is there a diff in the castings

Not sure about the casting. Maybe look on the on the other side of the head. Should have something like the date code "10" shown in the photo below.
