67 vette for sale
Anyone check this ad out for possible scam?
vettehound 67 big block $25,000? |
I would say the site has been reduced to garbage. I counted eight big block mid years in the first three pages that were under $26K.

Didn't see a add?

You will notice on vettehound that there is a 65 red restomod for $30K (dressed as a 67) - nice car, but buyavette has the same car reduced to $119K. I contacted the seller at vettehound and sure enough amazon pay account, etc....total scam. So, be careful with these cars listed - most like the seller is in Romaina or somewhere! :ack:

With the internet at everyones fingertips it isn't hard to put a competitive price on a car. There is such a diversity of original, custom, condition related cars with good / bad paint, frame condition, and engine suspension combinations a close range of values isn't hard to come up with.
I don't understand why someone would believe a 58, especially with a dust covered picture or a small block driver C-2 would be nationally advertised for a redicilous tag of 6 thousand dollars. Anyone who has any connection with corvettes is aware of Pro Team and their network of buyers. They certainly would offer a very current value and still have room for their profit margin. |
