My Wife's 427 Convertible
 

We had been hunting the inventories of the larger Corvette dealers for a 427 car with no success and were finally going to order a C7 when we stumbled on this car just about in our backyard with a deal we couldn't pass up.

My wife almost had a 427. Until I decided I liked it more than my M3 and gave her my M3 and kept the 427 for myself. It's all good though, as we have always shared cars between each other and since we both like performance cars and she is quite good with - and actually prefers - manual transmissions, everyone is happy.

So now the important question, do you get to drive the wife's ride?:lol:

Maybe it's just the angle of the photo but it looks like the steering wheel is turned but the front wheels are straight?

Yes!! It's funny though, she will not drive my '66...says I make her nervous:D

Front wheels are angled a bit so yes, the steering wheel is turned.

Dont mind me asking, but what was that deal you couldnt pass up.....
i got a 1sb 427, black, two tone int, battery protect, heritage pkg,red calipers, and with rebates etc came in at 71 and some change.
